The idea behind counselling is not to try to solve your personal or psychological problems (unless…), but to focus on the frustrations that you may have as a senior manager, an executive, a team leader.

Counselling sessions are largely informal and may involve an open discussion about your issues

  • Why are you working so many hours?
  • Why doesn’t your team tell you when something is not working?
  • Do you need to call in a professional consultant?
  • Is your work/life balance reasonable?
  • Why is it so difficult to define clear {goals, strategies, KPIs, job definitions, processes, policies…}
